TIPS TO REDUCE BODY FAT

1.DRINK WATER
Water makes up 60 percent of body waight and it is your body's principal chemical componet. Our body every system depends on water. Drink more water can help you lose weight. Drink water boost your metabolism, cleanse your body waste etc. The amount of water a person should drink depends on weight. A 200 pound man and a 100 pound woman require differt water every day.

 

2.EAT MORE PROTEIN.
Body needs protein to maintain lean muscle. Protein give you the extra boost you need to help you lose weight. Protein also help to maintain your body weight. For a 150-pound person need about 110 grams of protein. Consume between 0.5 grams and 1.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

4. EAT SLOWLY.
Research has shown that people who are overweight tend to bolt their food. Savoir and enjoy what you eat and take time to chew your food. Macrobiotic practitioners advise chewing each mouthful 30 times as this allows the enzymes in the saliva to start the digestive process.



5. NEVER SKIP MEALS.
skip meals-> Body in starvation mode-> Over eating in next meal-> Weight Gain.
When you skip meals your metabolism slows down, and you are not burning calories like you should. Your body thinks that you are in starving so when you eat again, your body stores away more than usual resulting in more fat.


6. GO WALKING
Walking is super easy way to keep fit. It makes you happy. It gives you energy. It boosts your vitamin D levels. It can help prevent  dementia. It keeps weight in check.Walking also increases muscle mass and tone and the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism.


7. AVOID ALCOHOL
Alcohol is weight loss's worst enemy. It added unnecessary calories because it is a drink. So stay away from alcohol.

 8.EAT DINNER BY 7:30 PM
We indians are used to eating a heavy and later dinnner. So there is very less gap between your dinner and sleep time so digestion is affected and can wreck your weight loss plans.
